Billing & Payment:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time. This note is required for first time purchases only and is used to verify that the cardholder is placing the order. This is for your security. Please note that we will accept credit cards with verifiable account information with the Card Issuer. Purchase Orders:
Our standard policy for Purchase Orders is payment Net 30.  Payment is required via check or wire transfer and a 3% fee based on the total invoice, excluding shipping and tax.  This does not apply to government or educational customers.  We're able to process PO's from those organizations without any fee or credit application.

All first-time Purchase Orders have a minimum required amount of $1,000.00. These rules, of course, can be avoided if your order was purchased with a credit card or any of the other pre-payment options.

Unlike government and educational institutions, private companies are required to submit a credit application before any Net Terms purchase is effected. It normally takes a week for credit applications to be processed. This largely depends on the speedy response of your trade/bank references.

Purchase Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after they are received. And remember, shipping normally takes another 3-5 business days, depending on your location and shipping choice.

Sales Tax:
Only Shipments to Washington state are subject to sales tax. Any Washington state reseller that would like to have their sales tax waived must have a current, valid Resale Certificate on file. Please fax to 267-295-7903.

If you are from the government, please send us a photocopy of your government credit card (that shows your tax-exempt status) with your order number indicated on it and send to us through Fax 267-295-7903.

Shipping Information:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of the order you just placed.

The delivery time of an order is determined by our processing time (time between ordering the product to the time that the product leaves our warehouse) and the selected shipping method (Ground, 3 day, 2nd Day, Overnight, Overnight Morning delivery, etc.). The vast majority of orders received before 3PM PST (6PM EST) will ship the same day. Due to order and inventory levels, credit card verification processes, and even in climate weather, some orders may take up to 48 hours for us to process.

If your order MUST ship the same day it is received, please contact AFTER placing your order (and reference your order number).

SonicWALLSales.com does not normally process orders on weekends and Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and on a Holiday will be processed the following business day unless you follow our Emergency Order Procedures.

We normally ship via UPS but are able to ship via FedEx or DHL. We are not setup for shipping with the USPS. If you would like shipping other than with UPS, please contact our Sales Department to place your order. A processing charge may be assessed for any FedEx or DHL order.

Items in stock will be shipped to you from our facility in Montesano, WA. In addition, we work with several large distribution companies that have warehouse throughout the US and Canada. If your item is not in stock or expected to be in stock within 48 hours, we may choose to drop-ship your order from one of our distributors. SonicWALLSales.com does not allow re-routing of packages while in transit for security purposes.

Tax FREE Outside Washington State:
Tax Free Outside Washington State All purchases shipping out of Washington state are TAX FREE!

We are located in beautiful Washington state, the home of Microsoft and Starbucks. For any purchase where either the billing or shipping address is within Washington state we will be required to collect sales tax.

For any purchase where both the billing and shipping addresses are outside of Washington state we are not required to collect sales tax. Unlike some of our competitors (CDW, Dell, etc.) who collect sales tax for jurisdictions all over the US, we believe in following the letter of the law. Currently the law states that sales tax should only be collected within our state and so that is what we do - no more, no less. If, at some time in the future, the law changes to require out-of-state tax collections, we will then revise our current policy.

But for now, all purchases shipping out of Washington state are TAX FREE!

We Ship UPS Worldwide:
We Ship UPS Our primary carrier is UPS (United Parcel Service). Using UPS we can deliver items the same day in the US or Canada! We can also deliver any item to almost any address in the world within just a few days.

For those customers that prefer to use another carrier we can accommodate FedEx and DHL. For those customers that can only receive packages via the USPS (United States Postal Service), we will ship that method as well. However, we do reserve the right to impose a surcharge on any USPS shipment.

We do not ship internationally via any carriers other than UPS or FedEx.
